Start of the current new building in Wächtersbach-Aufenau with approx. 1,700 sqm office space and approx. 800 sqm office and social rooms. Completion and occupation in 2020.
An additional production hall at the Neukirch location was built to expand to a total of approx. 2500m².
The production of the BV-D series was successfully implemented. The new RotoBox 200 and the TiltRotator 200 were added to the product range.
HKS produces on a total of 7,200m² at three company locations.

Walter Höhn GmbH celebrates its 40th anniversary, HKS Dreh-Antriebe GmbH its 25th anniversary and HKS Dreh-Antriebe GmbH & Co. KG celebrate their 15th anniversary.
At the Neukirch site, the company is continuing to expand with the construction of a new production hall for the manufacture of drives from 300 kg unit weight upwards. So today there are about 2000 m² production area and about 500 m² office and social rooms available.
In Wächtersbach-Aufenau, the construction of a new production hall and new office and social rooms doubles the production area to over 2000 m² and the office and social area to over 800 m².

Start of training of skilled workers (cutting machine operators). In the further history of the company training is successful throughout.
On April 1, 1973 the company moved to Wächtersbach-Aufenau into a new building with a production area of about 200 m².
Walter Höhn acquires the company Ossmer und Manns in Frankfurt am Main on 01.01.1970 and renames it Walter Höhn. In October the son Günter Höhn joins the company as second employee.
